"It was a toss-up between Buildasign and Shindigz for me when I was looking to place an order for a large banner (3'x12'). I decided to go with Buildasign because of the banner material they have (I have ordered from both in the past).
Because of the setting of graphic I have (not in RGB), the banner arrived (on-time) with the wrong background color. I called up Buildasign, my call was answered in a timely manner. The customer service rep (Brandon) handled me with respect and not an ounce of annoyance. As soon as I showed him how the background color was wrong, he had worked with me to get the correct file back to buildasign. Originally, I was told that they would print it again for free but I would have to pay shipping. It turns out that I now don't even have to pay for shipping. My new banner is on its way to me.
In short, I was impressed with the professionalism and the courtesy exerted by buildasign. The mistake was clearly mine by failing to read (and/or understand) the technical requirement of the graphic art. Yet, they simply pointed it out to me what I did wrong, and took care of the issue... quickly and at no cost to me... not even shipping.
Buildasign had earned a loyal client from me. Although Shindigz had done nothing wrong and I do like them also, Buildasign had earned my business through how they have handled me. I hardly write any reviews online, but I am taking out the time to do this as it is important to me that I have to praise buildasign for a job well done and how they had turned a mistake (on my part) into a loyal client. From now on, I will look to buildasign to do all my printing need."

"AWFUL! I ordered a license plate with my business's logo on it. It looks NOTHING like the proof they sent. In the proof I saw my image went all the way to the edge. The product I received had a large white border around it. I could handle the white border except that it was printed CROOKED! The top left edge of the picture almost touches the top of the license plate and the right edge is a good 3/4 inch from the top. I was planning on ordering several more plates for my employees, but there is NO WAY I would order ANYTHING else from BuildASign.com!"
