Most items came only about one day prior which provoked much anxiety and one part of our order was not delivered in time. BuildASign customer service was responsive and provided a refund. However, we would have preferred to have the product in hand rather than a refund. If your order is time sensitive, BuildASign may have trouble delivering in time. Otherwise, product was good. Self design function on website works pretty well."
