"Apparently BulbAmerica is out of stock on oven bulbs. So without asking they substituted ceiling fan bulbs which are not rated for oven temperatures. They said that they will refund the cost.
They had a good price on some other brand name halogen bulbs that we ordered and we received those OK in the same shipment. But shipping costs are relatively high, so we will go back to Amazon next time. "
"I was a new customer, and I ordered $50 of specialty bulbs. A few hours after the order was placed, we discovered our issue was a wiring issue, not a bulb issue. I sent an after-hours/weekend email to BulbAmerica, asking the order be cancelled. I received a reply Monday morning telling me the order had been intercepted and was now cancelled. I offered a re-stocking fee but they refunded in full. "
