"Ordered a lamp on Saturday and gave my card info to pay for it and received a text that said- thank you for your order that will be shipped as soon as the money is received
Got another text on sun saying the same thing like they didn't get paid and when I checked the order - it said that it was held up waiting for a wire transfer. Then Mon another text saying it wasn't shipped due too no payment even after messaged back that they already had my payment info. So I cancelled the order because I needed it by Friday and they were charged me 12 bucks to send it USPS! Since then got text after text- did I forget something?- wound up sa in Money and getting it on time from a better company."
"The charges are way too much. Except for some unique sized bulbs, because of the shipping costs (prices for the bulbs are very reasonable) I go to Amazon to make my purchases"
"Out of four light bulbs, one was broken and one won’t turn on. They have refused to give a refund or ship replacements. They are asking for photos of the lightbulbs but I threw the damaged one away immediately as it was shedding broken glass. Look elsewhere if you expect any customer service!"

"Bought a bulb. Item was defective. Attempted to return it, got sunee runaround from BulbAmerica. Complained to Amazon Pay and finally got RMA. Returned bulb and never got credit. Filed a claim with credit card, and BulbAmerica fought it and still refuses to return my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! "
