The first was a welcome to the website with a coupon for a 10% discount on my first order.
The next two were the order confirmations. I phoned IMMEDIATELY (within minutes of placing
the order). I was unable to speak with a real person and left a message for a call back. I called
a second time the same day and left a second message. I have never heard from anyone and
was unable to take advantage of the discount offer. Not great on service!"
