A called LOD ( the manufacturer) and found my bumper has been ready for two weeks and they are still waiting on payment. These people are snakes don't order from them. "Ordered a bumper that I was assured in stock. They gladly took my money right away. I didn’t receive my bumper until three months later, and it was a 300 dollar cheaper damaged bumper. And customer service offered 250 and a can of paint. This company will lie to get your money and still scam you by sending cheaper products."
"I place an order paid in full for a Tacoma Bumper. The website said free shipping to my residence. The invoice receipt showed the total to include shipping. Logistics "Specialist" CJ Rabinowitz emailed me stating I had to pay her an additional $175 for shipping. I told her everything says free shipping. She said too bad...shipping is expensive. I cancelled the order and the only response I have received is "CANCELLATION REQUESTED PLEASE

"Bumper took over 6 weeks to ship, after said was going ship in 1-3 business days. Then it shows up looking like it went threw ww3, bent and scratched, Paint rubbed off in several places. Won’t go good for it because someone signed for it on delivery, they didn’t seeing total damage till I started unpacking the bumper the next day when I got there. Never buy anything again."

"DO NOT ORDER from this store!! I ordered a hardtop for my 97 Jeep Wrangler Sept 2021 told 6-10 weeks, so should get by December 2021. As of April 2022 still have not received it. I was emailed that I would have to pay an additional $350 delivery for an item I paid in full based on their website. Because I would not pay the additional $350 delivery fee they cancelled my order. I did receive my refund. I consulted with an attorney and is now going to sue in Small Claims Court for them to send me my hardtop at the price paid for back in September. The attorney told me to sue based on Specific Performance of Contract and if I win the judgement they will be required to ship me the hardtop at the price that I paid in September. "

"They have no idea where orders are in the process. Ordered product on 7-5-21 received 2 emails in July asking for a review. Contacted Bumpersuperstore on 7-26-21 to see what status was and was told still waiting for shipment from manufacturer, should be 2 weeks. Contacted them again 8-23 and received the response "in production should be available to ship in 2 weeks." On 8-25 I received an email stating the product had shipped. Product was received on 8-31-21, on 9-3-21 I received the following email.

I fully understand the lead time problems, but to ship out the next day after stating it would be a minimum of two weeks before it was available, points directly to the reseller warehouse, not the manufacturer or the freight company.

"Ordered a bumper in January and was told it would be 3 months until it would arrive. I waited three months and sent them an email because they are not accepting phone calls. I was told that due to a error on bumper superstores side my bumper is not going to be ready until the end of July (another 4 months). 7 months now for my bumper. Meanwhile I move out of my place and write them an email asking them to update my shipping address. They reply saying that they will. 7 months passes and they finally ship it to the wrong address! Luckily I know the new tenants so I go get it but it’s a hassle cus I have to transport it back to my house costing my 2 hours drive. Lights and shackles shipped separately and still I have not received them. It’s been 2 weeks after I got my bumper. Got an email today saying the lights shipped but again to the wrong address after I made a big stink about my bumper going to the wrong address. Unbelievable! Tracking numbers they send never work on UPS website and for some reason the word “HELLA” is included at the end of the tracking number and must be deleted. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Order your sh#t anywhere else! "

"Ordered 6/6, card drafted 6/8, items reportedly shipped on 6/19. Tracking says "Check back tomorrow….” starting on 6/24. Emailed twice, no response until I called on 6/29. Got the old "I'll reach out to the vendor." line. 6/30 they say "lost in shipment, will send another on 7/6 and provide tracking". Emailed again on 7/8, no response. Called on 7/8 and cancelled the order. Still no refund. PayPal claim filed.
