"As of September 23 I had not received my order. I went online at looked at my account which stated the order was complete. I then chatted with a very nice guy named Mike who looked into my situation. He proceeded to tell me there was an error which prevented my order from being shipped. He then gave me a tracking number so that I could keep track of the order.

I know this was not caused by him.

I do wish there was some sort of compensation for this error, but nothing was offered.

I am not completely dissatisfied because they have resolved my issue. "

"My experience was a nightmare first it took my order 30 days or more to get to me and when I tried looking for a number to follow up on my items there is no phone number just an email address to complain to. I sent an email that took 2 days for a response from them apologizing for the wait. Finally I got 1 item in the mail the next couple days and a week later I received the other items. Once the items got to me I thought I had been punked the pictures of the items that you are ordering is magnified about 100% because when I got my earrings I could give them to my youngest granddaughter the bracelet had some kind of gadget on it that fell off while I was examining it. Nothing was what I thought it would be. I will never order from bungzie again."
