I have contacted Customer Service 8 times, have been told three times to "wait 24 hours", the other 5 times I received no response, and still have not gotten any further info. DO NOT BUY FROM BUNGZIE"
"Order took over three months to deliver! Ordered on October 7, 2015 and delivered January 14, 2016! There have been many emails checking the status of the order and never a response. I had given up on receiving my order, then one day out of the blue it arrived. No email telling me it shipped or anything. I will never order from Bunzie again!"

"Ordered Halloween socks two weeks before Halloween for my girlfriend. Not a big deal -- $20 or so. But when I received nothing for 3 weeks (Halloween had passed), and then received a box filled with miscellaneous Halloween crap (purple wig, hockey mask, etc.), I contacted them for a refund. Took 2 emails to get someone to reply asking for a photo of the incorrect items. I sent a photo, and then emailed 3 more times to ask if they could please refund me or at least acknowledge the issue. Nothing. Not even an email back. That's about as poor as "customer service" gets. Enjoy my money, Bungzie -- It's the last you'll see of it."
