My CC was declined because DISCOVER CARD SUCKS!!! but that's another story. They didn't respond to my requests for confirmation on the cancellation of the order. I am lucky that I have DROPPED DISCOVER CARD, so they can't charge it behind my back. I have sent numerous emails, with no response about making sure the order is cancelled.
Finally, they don't answer their phones. They place you in this phone loop that either drops your call, tells you to order online, or states that nobody can answer the phone and to leave a message.
Sad. If their customer service is this way, why would you want to take a chance?"

"I ordered a kt7 board from my brother through Bunta. Since I couldn't get in touch with them to have it sent to him, I went ahead and accepted shipment, then sent it on. I'd purchased from Bunta before and, aside from the slow billing and shipping others have mentioned, had no problems. In this case, the board was DOA (wouldn't even POST). We've tried RMA'ing it...finally got a number from them and sent the board back. Apparently Mail Boxes, Etc., decided it didn't like having the RMA number on the box, so didn't bother to send the number with the box. I've contacted Bunta, as has my brother. They have the board, but no word on what they plan to do. Like many others here, I will never use Bunta again, and strongly urge people considering using Bunta to buy a lottery ticket with the money instead."
"I ordered a Geforce4 MX 440 that was marked "In Stock" on their website on a Sunday and paid for 2nd day delivery. They did not register the order on their website until Tuesday and then with a notice that the part was backordered. I tried to call the toll free number, but never got an answer and got disconnected every time. I was able to contact them by e-mail and was given Friday of that same week as a shipping date. That date came and went without any notice from the company. I contacted them by e-mail once more and was given Wednesday of the following week as the new shipping date. The card shipped the following Thursday. The one thing that somewhat made up for the whole thing is them upgrading my order from OEM to a retail packaging. Either way, I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. They may have the lowest price on some things, but it's not worth the hassle and headache."
"I ordered a Radeon Card from this company on 3/29/02. After waiting a week for a card that was marked as "In Stock" at the time of purchase I cancelled my order. It had been "Processing" for several days and I needed the card for a job that I was billing for. I called every number I could find for this company. The NSLookup info was for some company in Japan. I went through every menu option on their phone tree and ended up being automatedly hung up on every time. Don't ask me how they are making money by not taking new orders... From my experience it is probably from web site orders that never ship and they never repay the credit cards for. So that is where I am with this now. Cancelled order. No Card. No refund. Unless something miraculous happens don't order from this company"
"Just as a follow up to my 9/18/01 posting. I never did receive a refund from this company after they charged me for a 21" Sony monitor that had been discontinued and I never received. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company, who gave me my money back.
After reading through the comments on this company, I wonder how they can maintain a 7.97 rating on this website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If anything goes wrong with your order, you will be in for a monumental struggle just to get someone to respond to you, let alone receive a refund."
