"I recently put an order in for four shirts, all of which I received 50% off due to a site wide promotion. As promised, my package was delivered...but a mix up with a neighbor, resulted in my contacting customer service. My email was responded to in less than 30 minutes with a re-assurance that my package would be re-shipped ASAP. Come to find, the next day my neighbor kindly returned my package and I was able to cancel the re-shipment. Very impressed with this company and their commitment to superior customer service. Shirts are great quality too! Highly recommend!!"
"WORST company ever!!!
Advertised as 4-8 business day shipping- I ordered on March 3- after 15 business days I still didn't receive it. I contacted them, they said if I didn't get it by April 2nd, to contact them and they would send another shirt. I didn't get it by April 2nd, so I contacted them telling them to keep their shirt, it was already way past my friend's birthday by then. I contacted DHL, with whom they ship, and turns out they never shipped my order. WORST company ever and rude rude rude workers! "
"I had really high hopes for this site. I ordered a shirt for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. Not only did it take almost 2 weeks to get to me but it wasn't even the shirt that was advertised. The shirt I saw in the advertisement had a graphic on it that was not on the shirt I received and since I payed $20 plus shipping and waited so long for it to get here I expected to get what I ordered. I will not be using this site again."

"My T-shirts were not delivered on time for Christmas, I can't say if it was the company's fault or the courier's. However, customer service was quick and efficient. They were apologetic and immediately refunded me the full cost of the shirts which finally arrived, albeit very late. They even let me keep the shirts, which were perfect. I have ordered from this company outside of the Christmas season rush and found delivery very prompt, with no issues. They email regular deals for free shipping or significant savings which make their product more affordable."
"Smooth and great contact from the personel, i made an order to send the items outside to Sweden and got them within some days (faster than expected), however the customs charged me extra (cause thats the way it is outside EU which i thought i had overcheked)

"As a gift, I received a tissue paper thick shirt that was ill fitting and had a lose collar. Customer service stated that they no longer used this manufacturer, knew it was an issue and would "accept the return". My question is why would any company knowingly allow a low quality product to be shipped in the first place? Certainly not one that I would do business with. "
"Pay attention to the price you saw in your shopping cart and what price is reported at checkout. The cart may include discounts and enticements to buy more to get free shipping, but the discount may not be present on the checkout page, and attempting to use any other, seemingly better discount may invalidate the free shipping, leaving you actually paying more than you were led to believe. The actual total is minutely (not prominently) displayed at the top of the checkout page while the large confirmation button is at the bottom."
"The tee shirts ARE very funny. I had ordered one a long time ago and since lost it. So recently I decided to get a replacement. The ordering process was smooth and convenient. The shipping cost and time were also very good. However, when I tried on my new shirt it was nowhere near a men's large. The label clearly stated, "men's large". I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the quality of their shirts. They are paper thin, and the sizing seems to be off. I returned it without a problem."

"I’ve been a big fan of Collegehumor.com for a while now and have started purchasing T-shirts from their affiliate “Busted Tees.” So far, I have only purchased the “I [picture of an anatomically correct heart] Accuracy” shirt, but it came within the week and there was nothing wrong with it. "Ordered 2 shirts with "Guaranteed By Christmas" delivery. Never got any indication that there was a problem until they didn't show up on the 24th, as expected.
Emailed to find out what the problem is, and they said that they lost my order, and they will look into it. I never received any other update until a week later, where they said that there was some kind of glitch and that my order had been delayed because of it.
I know that problems happen, but with such poor communication, it makes them a great deal harder to take.
They did refund the shipping and 20% of the cost of the order, but I would've gladly had them keep the money for a little batter service.
I am not sure that I will make a second purchase from here... hard to get the taste out of my mouth of not having a Christmas gift for a family member."
