Usually when selling my electronics (to other places) they cover the fee and I’m given the exact amount quoted. Not so with this company. So my payouts were less than quoted. Had I known that was the case, I would’ve selected a different method or sold somewhere else. "

I got a quote of what my phone was worth, printed the shipping label they provided, and all I had to do was box up my phone and take it to ship. I thought because it was so soon after Christmas it would take longer for them to inspect it because they probably had more than usual this time of year, but nope, inspected within 10 days like they said.
