"Another very happy customer. I found Roman on AVSForums; I have been a member there for a very long time and Roman has contributed a lot to the community as a whole. I always like to keep business in the family if at all possible.
The transaction itself went very smoothly, we conducted the credit card transaction over the phone after working out the details via email.
The only thing that gave me pause and I don't really fault Roman for this was the delivery process. I had already read the guidelines for if something wrong occurs (namely panel damage etc). The delivery teams do NOT like to stick around once they put the item in your house. I was offered what is known as threshold delivery service; perhaps I should have inquired about white glove delivery. At any rate, I made sure I took pictures of the box (very large box) from all angles, and I checked it for external damage. There was none visible but since the delivery team would not wait any longer, when I signed for the product, I did note that my signature of acceptance was based solely on the external appearance.
