"On May 19, 2020 I was on ebay looking for a new PC monitor. I found what I wanted and the auction had "More than 10 available" listed on it. The seller was BuyDig.com. I went to their store to look at the same monitor and it showed 6 in stock, and I was offered a $10 off coupon on my purchase. That was $10 cheaper than on ebay so I bought the monitor plus an HDMI cable for it on BuyDig.com. On May 22, 2020 I got an email cancelling my monitor purchase saying they didn't have any and was refunding my money. I received an HDMI cable, but it wasn't the one I paid for. It was a cheaper one. I informed BuyDig's customer service of this and their response was: "Upon reviewing, we shipped the HDMI cable that was ordered. It is really unfortunate though that the monitor was originally advertised as in stock however it seemed to have been either oversold, or the inventory may have been slightly inaccurate." I'd say it was "Slightly inaccurate"? Several emails were exchanged between May 22 and May 26, the day my refund finally made it back into my account. I'm not wealthy, and due to this fact I missed out on 3 different good sales on that monitor in the 4 days before I got my refund. I finally had to email pictures of the HDMI cable I received to their customer service on June 2 to prove I was telling them the truth. Today, June 4th, I got a shipping confirmation email from BuyDig.com saying my order has shipped. It was the correct cable I had ordered. Aside from the shipping confirmation wording, there was no correspondence in the email about the cable I first received. I will gladly ship it back to them if they want me to, at their expense of course. I only want what is right, the HDMI cable I paid for. This was definitely not the most pleasant shopping experience for me and as it stands right now, I kind of doubt that I'll be back. "
