Upon opening the package, parts of the pressure washer were broken and damaged. There was absolutely no packing material anywhere in the box to protect the pressure washer. Not even a single sheet of newspaper! A pressure washer is a heavy item, common sense would dictate that it should be well packed to protect it during shipping.
