Just stopping taking care the customers since sell is getting better. However, they apparently don't realize that nothing is given forever. I'm avoiding stores like this one and hopefully more customers will do the same. Especially their prices are not so impressive, combining with horrible service it is definitely worth to deal with smaller company.
Instead of response from customer support I started receiving their spam with 'promotion' even never signed up for any newsletter. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company, unless you like extremely poor service and spaming your email."

"I made negative prejudgments towards this awesome company BuyDig.com from an item I bought off eBay which was an awesome 32" LG Monitor for a great price. I put customer service through a lot because I was mentally incompetent to understand at that moment of time that their warranty was real and I told them it wasn't. So what did they do? They sent me an additional extended warranty and actually put up with my ignorance. They were so kind and responsive to take care of me and in my opinion they over did themselves. I did not deserve how good they treated me at all and they also included a $25 dollar gift card which brought tears to my eyes thinking why are they doing this for me when I have been obnoxious to them?
