"Thieves. There isn't another way around it. They sold me a tablet, it was late first off. On opening it didn't work. After jumping through several flaming hoops, they finally agreed to send a new one. This was also faulty. Again, they agreed to replace and as soon as I had sent it off, I can no longer get in contact with them. So they have my tablet and my money. What a bunch of C yoU Next Tuesdays.

Update - Wow, at last BuySku finally reply. Although not with the truth. You didn't reply to each of my emails. I sent message on Feb 29th, March 3rd, 5th and 7th. All ignored. No word of where the goods were. I then contacted Amazon to see if they could help. They asked you to contact me regarding the item, no word from you again. I've now escalated the matter with the management at Amazon and they are investigating your practices, which they do not seem too happy with and reviewing all the communications between us.

Myself and Tiffany, your customer support manager, have been emailing each other on and off for months now regarding the poor service and faulty products. The email address you provided is the same one I've been speaking to her on. It was you BuySku who asked me not to email through Amazon, back on December 6th. Please check your records. I've received nothing from you since Feb 25th, very convenient that it's me and my account that has an issue. I've just been on Amazon and I can't see anything regarding an error. I also still have no item or refund. The facts are - You've sent me two faulty products, have taken my money and the items and not returned anything to me. You've also ignored all my communications between Feb 25th and March 9th regarding the where abouts of the item. It was only when you forced me to write about my terrible experience with you that you've decided to get in contact and claim that you've done nothing wrong.

Update - It's all very convenient that I'm the one with the issue. You're suddenly not able to email me, after months of consistently sending messages back and forth. I must have emailed you around 50 times and you've managed to get back to me most of the time on ****@****. No one else seems to have issues sending me mails. I've now seen that you've tried to email me via Amazon, but only once I got Amazon involved to help with the fact that you have my item, money and weren't responding to my emails. You mentioned in a previous response on here, that I now see you've removed, that it takes between 10-15 days for an item to reach someone. Well, it's been 15 days and I still have no tablet. It only took 5 days for my return to reach you. I'm not giving out my phone number in a public forum.
