"Buysku sold me a cell phone in mid August 2012. It was not in working order: did not see any networks.
All September I was shooting videos by their request to prove the problem. Then they asked me to send it back for exchange. Of cause, at my expense. They promised to refund only $4 of postage (maximum they can afford :).
October, November, December, January... In January they confirmed that they received my parcel.
I've got an exchange phone in mid February.
The second phone has even more serious defects and good for nothing, endlessly going on and off.
Now they want me to send it back again, at my expense, or repair it locally(?) and if repair is cheap enough, they will refund it.
