"Pay extra for express shipping and was quoted to get the package between 3 to 5 days. They shipped via EMS and the package was stuck with the customs security section twice. Not sure why and no explanation was given. Eventually they re-send the package after stuck in China for 25 days via DHL, which they were proposed to do in the first place and got the package on the 27th day.
Although price is good, do not order from them if you want your toy urgently; and DO NOT pay of extra express delivery - you will be given false expectation and a lot of headache and banging your head to a brick wall.
Customer Service is polite, but with no email, no online chat, you will not be getting speedy reply."
