"I am very disappointed with my experience with SKU. I ordered two tablets for my nephews. When they arrived only one would work properly. When I contacted customer service I was told to make a video of the problem with the tablet and when I explained I did not do online videos they requested another online upload which I am not familar with. I asked three times for a return address so I could send for a replacement and was never given one and there was not a packing slip or return address on or in the package. I have been told by two IT techs that the soft ware for the apps was not installed and the tablet will not function without it. I am very disappointed and will never order or buy from SKU again. I now have a tablet that is useless. "

"Cool nice tablet, but verry bad wifi signal, not working auto brightness and really, CPU is only 1GHZ, not 1,2GHZ as is described on buysku. You need to be nearest wifi router, ideal without wall. Service hotline center told that it is normal - OK, but i think this is not normal. Behinde 2 walls, 6m from router tablet has 10x less signal that other devices (notebook, mobilphone, other type of tablet). I think it is some clone of Cube and BuySku do nothing with this tablet problem. I spend many time and many words and no result. It is verry not seriouse. Beware to buy something from BuySku. :-("

When I asked for a refund, I was told MORE THAN ONCE IN WRITING that I would get a refund, then they say that they can't refund this kind of order. When I complained again, again I was told in writing that I would get a refund, and again told they won't refund my money. They also keep asking for more money to reship my order. Yeah, right. I also believe that the good reviews that are written about this rip off company is written by them. There is no one who has ever gotten good service from this company. They also go by three names.
