I was surprised however at the small size of each of the 12 boxes of cereal. I was expecting normal size boxes, but these were about half the size. "I was very satisfied with BuyTheCase. Communication and service throughout the transaction were excellent, and delivery was reasonably quick. When I first ordered, I mis-read the description of a product and ordered the wrong product. I sent them a message explaining that I wanted to switch my order to another product. They replied in a timely manner, saying that they weren't set up to "switch" orders, but they would cancel my first order and refund my money, and then I could log back on at my convenience and order what I really wanted. They refunded quickly, and the whole process worked exactly as they had explained. My stuff came within the time frame promised, and was well packed.
Overall, I found BuyTheCase a good company to deal with: highly responsive, and they have an extensive selection of products. My only quibble is that their S/H is quite costly.
