"Their vehicle catalog is incorrect, therefore we received the incorrect part. Not a big deal, easy to rectify, however this company's customer service is horrible. After several attempts calling to get it resolved, several times being hung up on and several false promises of a call back, I got frustrated and ordered through another company. Now they are witholding my funds, stating that its their policy to only give a "credit" not a refund. Absolute BS and scam."
