"Purchased MS Office download from these people, the product key they provided had been used already, so software would not register with Microsoft. Called customer service, they gave me a Microsoft phone # to call to 'straighten things out', Microsoft people of course could do nothing, the software key had been used already. Called customer service back, with the MS people on the line (the only way the buycheapsoftware customer service would do anything other than try to fob me off to Microsoft), they promised a new product key. They sent one, uninstalled first version, reinstalled, put in new product key, and surprise! That key had likewise been used! Called their customer service, they advise they will have to speak with someone else in the company. I suppose the dog ran off with the computers wife or some such, but these people are a waste of time."
