"Although I was pleased that Melissa at BSC called me to verify I was truly the one purchasing, I haven't gotten a call back when I telephoned with an installation problem. I realize full well their site refers you to the Kapsersky site for tech support but I did leave a message requesting a call and till now none has come. Additionally, their is no operator and no one to speak with. The least in customer service is a return call. My computer is now out of commission and Kapsersky cannot fix it after two hours of calls. I must wait for a disc from them and hope it will get me back to where I was before the product. I don't plan to try and reinstall, unless Kaspersky can tell me it won't crash me again. "
