"I received a low-ball offer on Friday, Sept. 18th for my Macbook Pro and immediately contacted ****@****. I never received a response despite sending a number of e-mails to BuyBackWorld directly. I made it perfectly clear I would not accept the offer presented until the item was re-evaluated and a new offer was presented. However, instead of responding to my e-mail communications regarding the matter, they proceeded to keep my item and send me the low-ball offer via Paypal. Needless to say, the customer service experience I received has been unacceptable and as business it reflects poorly on their unwillingness to answer customers communications and properly service their customer base. I hope this messages reaches their management team to demonstrate how poorly they have conducted themselves and immediate changes are made.
Unless I receive a response from management directly; I doubt I will ever do business with BuyBackWorld again! I will make sure anyone I know who is considering doing business with **** to not to even bother. I'm very disappointed in how this transaction was handled. I have done business with **** in the past and this experience has been by far the most egregious.
