"Do not order from these people. I placed my order on July 28th over the phone after "confirming" from the sales person that the tile was in fact in stock. Two weeks later no tile. I called again and was told that the tile was coming in the following week. The next week came and went and still (you guessed it) no tile. When the tile finally did arrive it was the wrong tile in the wrong quantity! I order 51 square feet and recieved 37.5 square feet. Mind you this entire time my remodel was being held up waiting for this tile. When it arrived I had to go out and purchase "emergency tile" since I could not hold up the remodel any longer. I called the merchant immediately to get the tile picked up and to my money refunded. After talking to the merchant several different times and being promised a refund and follow up communication I finally had to resort to disputing the charge on my credit card. Avoid this merchant at all cost. The perceived savings is so not worth the hassel."
