Received an update that my order was received on Mon. It seems that since Subaru has a monopoly on many of their body parts, they don’t have to worry about timely customer support. Several part numbers were listed for the same item. The website asks for the VIN number, so it seems based on the VIN number, the website could identify the required parts for my specific car. I had to call Byers Subaru to get the correct part numbers, which they identified by using the VIN number. The systems seems a little clunky. Not sure why they have an “online” parts system if I need to call to get the correct part numbers. I know there are a lot of people that are very loyal to Subaru. So far I have been less than impressed with the post purchase experience."
