"Got asked 3 times for a VIN before an order was placed I asked nicely to just place the order knowing im responsible for a wrong part. It took 3 weeks after that before I got my parts which only happened when I drove over there in person asking for my order "This order was supposed to be shipped" I waited by the desk for a good 30-45 mins before my parts were handed over to me and they bent my water Gasket. They refunded the shipping and All my parts were accounted for so thats why it was a 2 star. Still will probably order from them to give them a chance because it was just one bad service."
