"Very fast service so far!
I ordered the impression kit on Wednesday night and it arrived Friday afternoon. I sent it back immediately on the same Friday and the treatment plan was ready on Thursday so less than one week.
You recieve texts from Byte once you purchase the impression kit. And they are usually very nice and helpful.
I removed one star. It's because, even though the Byte staff, who has taxted me, replied to my answers for his questions so fast, I had to ask a couple of times to get his answers to my questions because he stops replying when I ask questions.
Now, I am waiting for my aligners to come!"

"I’m at week 24 and I was just sent 15 more weeks of aligners which puts me at 39 total weeks. My treatment was scheduled to be done in 20. They sent me full day aligners when I was supposed to have night time aligners and didn’t realize it until now. It takes a week for a response each time you reach out to customer service. I am so mad I chose to go with this company. "

"Byte is affordable, quick, and easy.
I was a little nervous to do the molds myself, but Byte has an instructional video and I had a Byte Advisor text me tips and offer to walk me through the process on the phone if I had any issues.
The Byte Advisor also explained all my options when it came to picking a treatment and deciding the best way to pay for the treatment - they even go over insurance coverage and how to get reimbursed.
I'm about halfway through my treatment now and I have had a great experience so far. "
