I’ve only started the first part of the process, just waiting on my retainers to come in, and so far the customer service has been amazing everything is very well broken down; and you get someone assigned to you to text you and just make sure things are going smoothly! "Before accepting the contract customer service was awesome, responding right away and even calling. BUT!.... After processing the payment and finishing the 1st part of the treatment (week 15) is like going through a loop hole, been wearing the same aligner for A MONTH now and haven't received the 2nd and last part of my treatment, and customer service only sent default emails asking for the same things that I'd already sent 4 TIMES!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
ALL WAS EXCELLENT UNTIL WE ACCEPT THE CONTRACT. And I said WE because my husband is also having troubles to contact anybody from BYTE to fix a problem that the aligners caused him!. "
