"After searching several vendors for a 60W MagSafe Power Adaptor for an Apple Macbook, I found one at half the price of other Apple products. CCS advertised the adapter using Apple's nomenclature, i.e., "MagSafe". When the product arrived, it was not a MagSafe adapter, but a knockoff without the MagSafe or Apple logos. When I called customer service, they asked me if I reviewed the product description, which I had, and asked me if I noticed that the website said "not compatible with Apple extension cord". I did not know what that meant because I was not using an extension cord. They also said, "Didn't you notice that the picture didn't have an Apple logo on it?" These are not acceptable or consumer-friendly responses. CCS sold me a product that I did not want. If they advertised it correctly without using the Apple nomenclature, I would not have purchased it. You should consider doing business with this company. I believed its website to be accurate and was proved wrong."
"Looking for a Li-ion battery to replace my old Sony NP-F750 I came across CalCellular. There are a LOT of off-brand, after market batteries for SONY Li-ion - thus I was VERY apprehensive about ordering after reading several nightmare reviews about marginal products which were not being delivered or deception in the product descriptions.... I'm Finicky.
I placed my order for on Sunday for a NP-F960 (non Sony) equivalent & dual battery charger - to be shipped via USPS.
CalCellular offered an exceptional 3 year warranty on the product at a competitive price.
I was surprised to receive my order on TUESDAY, two days after placing the order!! All contents were as I've ordered them. The battery appears thus far has performed very well thru several charging cycles.... I know this is just the start - however, I fell confident about this purchase and would buy from them again.
As I settle in with the battery - I will provide updates.

"Purchased a extended-life battery for a Panasonic DVD video recorder. Battery works as advertised.
This was my second purchase from Calcellular. I had purchased a extended-life battery and charger for a JVC Mini Recorder. It too worked as advertised.

"Camcorder battery charger as advertised, and worked fine. However the battery I ordered when charged and placed on the camera powers up the camera just long enough to bring up a warning that sats "this battery does not work with this camera", and the unit shuts down. the retailer says that even though the battery is sold for my camera and fits it. You have to use an auxilliary power cord that plugs into the side of the camera, and into the battery right where your nose has to go when using the viewfinder. And when it is set up like this the battery life remaining readout does not work, because the camera thinks it is plugged into an A/C adapter. Needless to say they refuse to RMA this piece of crap. If this is the kind of junk they sell I'm astounded that they are still in business."
"Very good place to find batterys for anything

"This store sound like fraud. I place an order by internet and I have not received the two batteries, I emailed three times and the first time they answered and said its on the way via USPS, but 15 days is too much wait. Try to contact ****@**** and now is undeliverable status due to The following message to was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 554-"delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a calcellular.com account (****@****) [0] - mta104.biz.mail.mud.yahoo.com"
Now I will call my Bank to cancel and investigate. Dont do bussiness with this people.

"I ordered two digital camera batteries. They arrived timely, but one doesn't work at all; it won't take a charge. The company doesn't provide a "customer service" contact method other than email. I have tried to contact them by email at ****@**** - twice. No response. Judging by their use of English on their website, I'm assuming this is a foreign company, probably with a drop box and phone number in CA.
I am contesting the charge on my credit card. That may get their attention. "
"I bought a battery and a charger for my Nikon Camera to be delivered overseas (Brazil). The purchase experience was good at the beginning (the site is easy to shop) but become terrible after i finished my order!!! I didnt receive anything i bought, the customer service is poor( don´t give any postmail number or tracking code to me) but they already charged my credit card. Now i´m looking for any department in US to claim my rights, register my problem and receive my product. Does anyone knows where i can do that?"
"Ordered a cell phone battery and a car charger. When I received these items, neither of them worked. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company by e-mail, voice phone and fax with no success. The voice and fax numbers just have a constant busy signal. "
"First order arrived broken. called company to send a replacement for an exchange. It never arrived. Called company on 2-18-06 an was told it was sent by UPS and I should have received it. I had not. Then representative in same phone call then said it had been sent by us postal mail. Now, 2-18-06, the third and "last one" I'm told will be sent by UPS."
