"I ordered a MacBook replacement batter from Calcellular. It arrived in a timely manner but unfortunately was defective. The computer did not recognize the battery and it would not charge. I called Calcellular and they gave me an RMA number to return the battery. They tested it themselves, determined it was defective, and refunded the cost of the battery and the original shipping cost to me. I however had to pay out of pocket for shipping the defective item back to them. It is ridiculous that I would have to pay a dime out of pocket to return an item that was originally defective. Unacceptable policy and poor customer service."
