"We enrolled our boy to this School principally because of childcare. But we are disappointed on how the class transition is handled, we aren't receiving our son's videos as promised by the school and we feel like our concerns aren't taking into account."

"Experience has been satisfactory. Love all the feedback and chat with the administrators and teachers on my child's progress. In addition, the school seems invested in caring and nurturing the kids.The biggest gap is the daily turnover of teachers -- I sometimes see up to 3 different class teachers at different times of the day. These changes are not good for a young child that needs routine and stability as parents would then have to reset expectations with new teachers. Also, my kid is sometimes exposed to the cold room temperatures when their layers are removed and not replaced, even when there are extra pairs to change into. This has been a consistent feedback shared with the teachers, even though it's greatly improved, there are a few occasions when the kid is still exposed."

"It has been very difficult for me and my wife to decide and to choose the appropriate Daycare for our child during this hard period of the Corona-virus pandemic. We really needed to enroll our child to a safe, lovely and great Preschool (Daycare facility); while we are at work. We visited a certain number of Daycare facilities; but when I did the Tour of this School, I was impressed by the warm and respectful welcome, and clear communication of the Director. I was sure that our child will be in good hands. My general experience with this School is Great."

"It started off well several years ago but the quality has deteriorated significantly. There’s always new faces which leads me to believe their turnover rate is high. Some of the teachers are nice but I need sobrenombre who’s committed to helping not child advance not just babysit them."
"First the first time my baby boy and I walked in the school we felt welcomed. My baby went to the directed and astablished a bond. Then my older boys felt the same way. They all enjoy going to school everyday and love telling me what they did new."
"I just want better communicate in a timely manner when providing after school services to my child. I shouldn't have to ask if they will have staff to cover childcare for a day or so. The childcare facility needs to be on the same schedule as my child's regular school and keep a copy of the school schedule so they can be aware of what days they will be open and closed. I expect more from the facility since my child has been going here for a long time now. Just like they expect parents to pay childcare fees on time I want the same respect with the situation above."
"I’ve only had a handful of good experiences with certain teachers. As of now, I’m completely dissatisfied with our experience at this location. My child comes home saying inappropriate things that he could’ve only picked up at school. Will act in a matter that’s inappropriate and it’s concerning because it only gets worse."
