"All stars: Angelina, Abby, Martha, Gwen, T, Carmen Duds: Marisol, Ashley, pretty much everyone elsePluses: The location is great. The director cares. There are a few really good teachers. The facility is maintained and I feel my child is safe while there. The hours are great. Brightwheel and WatchMeGrow are amazing when used properly.Minuses: Most of the teachers and staff are under qualified, burned out, and over worked. Many of them make no effort to hide that they are unhappy and do not care about the children. A few of them are outright rude. The child/staff ratio is a big problem. The curriculum is lacking in structured learning. The children don’t get enough exercise during the day. For me personally, I would MUCH rather pay more money and have smaller classes and better teachers than have prices stay the same with constant turnover of unqualified overworked teachers."

"My priorities when evaluating child care are: safety, emotional development, intellectual development, physical development. Location and price are also considerations. The primary driver of each of the first group is the staff, which has a much greater impact than facilities or curriculum.The Quality of staff at this location varies greatly. Our child has had wonderful teachers (capable, caring, organized, etc.) and awful teachers (burnt out, unqualified). Same for the admin staff; some are wonderful (thoughtful, helpful, high quality), some are horrible (disrespectful, dishonest, unqualified). The current director is very good. Teachers we have really liked are Gwen, Martha, Georgia, Carmen, Juanita, and Molly.They do a good job of keeping the children safe. The turnover and ratios do encourage your child to be independent. The facilities are nicer than most. The camera/app feature is a huge bonus. Average curriculum/organization. But hard to find anything better."

"I’m not sure why uniforms are required if it is not inforced. They are not cheap but we were told they were required so we purchased them. Half the class doesn’t wear them and I feel like it was a waste of money to buy them. The rule either needs to be changed or inforced for all to make it fair for all families."

"Overall the teachers are doing the best the can and are very loving but management is unresponsive, not engaged, and appears to care less."

"I wonder how often toys and such get cleaned, the floors always feel kinda sticky like they don't get mopped. It seems like the nursing room doesn't get cleaned, the floor feels gross and there is often dead bugs on the floor. Plus, the classrooms are always freezing so I have to dress my baby in winter clothes and whenever I come to pick him up and feels ice cold like a Popsicle. Lastly, I am not happy with the fact that my child had to change classrooms. I feel like he was finally getting settled in and now he has all new teachers and a new room. And so far I don't feel as comfortable with the new teachers."

"I love our school. The teachers have been very warm and loving towards my kid and made me feel comfortable as new mom leaving her every day. The cameras and daily app help me feel in tune to what she is doing and gives me some relief to see shes ok each day. It also helps with my new mom separation anxiety!"
