"My husband and I have had our almost-two-year-old at the CCY since he was 6 weeks old. We absolutely love it there and it's a joy to see him light up every morning at drop off time. We know he loves it there and that his teachers and staff love him. We feel so lucky every day that our little boy gets to spend his weekdays with this wonderful establishment. Not only are the environment, director, staff, and teachers fantastic, but we really love the cameras so we can watch the action. We are looking forward to baby #2 getting to join him there!"

"The management is FANTASTIC and always answering my concerns and questions. The teachers are nice and helped my son adjust gently. They conversate with me regarding my son's daily activities and needs. I had a couple of issues with the infant 2 teacher but management was able to resolve the conflict."

"We've been with CCY Bedford for about 2 years now. There have been little breaks here in there, but for the most part they have been our primary childcare for the better part of those 2 years. We absolutely love them, my kids are safe and happy there, and I really don't plan on taking them anywhere else as long as we need childcare. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful and truly wants the best for my babies! Ms. Ruthie has been the pre-k teacher for 2 of my kids so far, and we absolutely love her. My 17mo has been through Infant 1 and 2, and will soon transition to the toddler room and we have loved our experience with Ms. Candace and Ms. Laree. I really am so thankful to have ended up at CCY Bedford!"

"The Children's Courtyard is the home away from home for our baby, who has been enrolled for about a year. When we started he was very colicky and fussy and the teachers patiently comforted him all day until he got better. He literally grins ear to ear every morning when I get him out of the car at school. He gets to learn and socialize among all the other babies and children, learns from all of his amazing teachers, and has even built strong relationships with the staff. When we visit other babies outside of school it is clear our kid gets a lot of great practice socializing, learning, and being around others. The CCY also follows your dietary schedule or requests to a T, and then when they're ready they feed them great food all day long which I watch him mow through on the cameras. I am so, so grateful that CCY, Ms Michelle, Ms Candice, Ms LaRee and all of the amazing teachers and staff are in our lives. They are angels!"

"My entire experience was a nightmare here. Everyday I picked my child up here she was dirty. She was changed only once in a 8 hour period. I know this because I counted my diapers before she went to daycare. I noticed that the staff sits on their phone all day, they sit behind the cameras so it’s not being recorded. The staff and director do not care about the kids. They only care about keeping the building clean. To their credit it is spotless. However, this causes them to be neglectful with the children as they run wild all day. All of those wonderful programs on their site? You can forget about it, as the don’t do anything with the children. In fact, they freestyle so much they don’t even give them the food that is on their menu! My child was given a snack that was not on their approved menu. This caused my child to have heartburn and woke up in the middle of the night from acid reflux. When I went to the director with this she dismissed me like my concerns weren’t valid. "

"The teachers and director have been so pleasant and easy to work with. They care about the children, and were quick to address a bullying situation that came up. It made me appreciate them even more, and it showed how they cared about the kids at their school. The twins preschool teacher last year, Ms Ruthie, was wonderful. She really loved the kids and went above and beyond in everything she did. She made them feel special, and they learned so much from her."

"I love the Children's Courtyard! I have had my baby here full time since he was 6 weeks old, and we have loved every minute he has been there. The Director Ms Michelle and all of our son's teachers are absolutely wonderful - I never worry about my son, and every time I check the cameras (which I love!) he is having a great time. And my kid started out as a ***fussy*** colicky baby. These teachers never batted an eye and loved him all day anyway. They are great at keeping in constant contact throughout the day, and even send cute picture updates. They are also flexible and will work with you on whatever your baby needs.Our baby also started coming during the pandemic, and my husband and I are very COVID conscious. We love that CCY has strict masking policies when case counts are high, as well as mandatory routines involving who can be in which space and cleaning policies to limit spread."

"I love the infant room, I wish the directors/managers didn't have such **** attitudes, and I wish I got the same updates daily. Every day is different... One day they only tell me about diapers, next day they're not telling me about diapers and only feeds. So it's inconsistent"
