"Im enrolled for 5 days a week, she goes for 3-4 due to being sent home. If you dont habe the staff or shes just being difficult, I'd rather know that then being loed to about a fever and spending more money on copays at an urgent care to try and figure out whats wrong when its nothing or something we're already treating. It was good for a few days. Honestly didnt care about the first couple send homes. But now its just negative and ridiculous."

"I feel like I addressed this pretty thoroughly throughout the survey.Paula has been amazing and we're so glad she stayed on with these last administration changes. It was disappointing to see a brand new director come in, instead of promoting Paula from within. She knows this school and the children better than anyone else. This location is convenient and our kids enough attending. There haven't been big enough issues to cause us to officially move them somewhere else but there have been plenty of upsetting experiences."

"High turnover with teachers. The new Director speaks passive aggressively to parents and staff and pretends to know answers to questions that she is clueless about. I feel that the school should have promoted within instead of bringing in a Director that is not competent."

"There are certain teachers that will leave a lifelong impression on me and my kids. Paula is absolutely extraordinary. She has such a passion for the kids and her job. I am impressed with other teachers too but wish there was a little less turn over. I feel like my kids have learned a lot here and I love how much time they spend moving and getting outdoors."

"Generally I have had a positive experience with the school. There is a concern with the level of communication from the school leadership regarding the status of the school being open following an emergency situation. The school tends to send updates late (hours before the school opens) or not at all, creating challenges for parents to find alternative child care solutions. From what I understand, the schools ability to provide status updates on operations is govern by the corporate office which affects the timeliness of the communication between the school and parents. Corporate should relook the its procedures and make the call regarding the schools operations in advanced (12 hours in advance may be suitable)."

"Thank you to the incredible staff at Children's Courtyard DuPont. We PCS 'ed to WA last year and this has not been the easiest transition for my family, especially my children. Since my children has been enrolled our lives has become less stressful. Our children are anxiously rushing my husband and I out the door in the mornings. After school they talk about how much fun they had, their friends and they are always singing a new song I have never heard of lol. They are so excited to share what they have learned throughout the day and there has not been a day that their cubbies are empty lol. They bring home beautiful art work, projects, and a variety of learning materials from math to science. We truly appreciate the entire staff. Thank you all for being incredibly awesome."

"The directors and teachers are amazing with my son. He loves them and talked about them when he goes home. He always wants to come to school and see his teachers and friends. They do everything they can to help my son through his outbursts and will go out of their way to make sure his needs are being met. I couldn’t be confident in a childcare facility!"

"My general experience has been great. I have little to no complaints. I am a single mother that work full time and I can comfortably say The Children’s Courtyard meets my expectations. I am confident that the choice I made to enroll my child here at the age of 1 was the best choice, which is why my infant will also be enrolled soon. The director Mrs. Wanda is very hands on and active inside the classrooms.and available when I have questions. When I am on the live steam app I often observe her interacting with the children. In my experience with my oldest child when she was in child care I barely ever seen management inside the classrooms. This school has an incredible team and one can tell from observing them on the live stream, because it shows through their work ethics. Thank you to the entire Children’s Courtyard staff."
