"The construction crew in the building next door need to give the parking lot back"
"Generally Bre being my child's main teacher has kept us enrolled, otherwise I do not find the payment and the outcome to be worthwhile. Bre is an excellent teacher, treats all children with respect and allows for growth and development. Lilly was moved to another class and unfortunately she was the only other teacher that treats my child respectfully in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Kiersten is cold, stern and unfriendly. She scowls and frowns more than she smiles. She is scolding children most every day that I pick up my child. The director is also unfriendly/fake when engaging. When discussing concerns about my child she has a look of I don't really care on her face. She presents as a very unexperienced individual to hold a management position. The Lauren with the long red hair is friendly, treats people with respect and is welcoming to all individuals that enter the building, she's great and should be the director."
"I love this school, my son has learned to potty and socialize with others better"
"We truly love the teachers and school but with the change and ownership, the teachers leaving. It feels less like a nurturing, education, and exciting daycare. Feels more like we keep paying more for things and getting less."
"The staff are typically kind, and I believe they want what’s best for kids, but they seem overworked, under appreciated and this looks to be impacting the quality of care my son is getting. The care my son receives has significantly deteriorated over the last year."
"The best communication is with her main classroom teachers. Most of the time, the teachers at pick up don’t seem to know what has been going on during the day."
"Our child’s experience at Children’s Courtyard has expanded his social skills exponentially. We love hearing him talk about his friends, teachers, and experiences."
"I’m exhausted from answering those."
"Great experience. Very friendly staff. Parking lot has been a pain with the construction"
"All the staff are friendly and nurturing with my 15 month old. I do worry that there are often different staff in the classroom on a daily basis outside of the regular classroom teachers. It seems that my child has been injured at times when the regular staff are not present. These staff often appear to not engage with the children in the classroom like the regular staff, as if they are unfamiliar with this development stage."
