"For the first 5.5 years they've been amazing. The last 6 months have been rough with our 4 year old. They keep changing her teacher and the newest teacher is not friendly at all. We're used to smiling friendly faces but this teacher isn't like that at all. At least not with us. She frowns at us every single time. I don't believe she like our child because she's very hyper. I'm just glad our child loves everyone and doesn't have her feelings hurt by this teachers actions to be rude to her."

"My children started on May 23,2022. We had the WORST EXPERIENCE ever with any daycare we have ever had them attend. I went to pick my 3 year old son up and was turned away due to him being sleep…I was able to pick up my infant daughter. I was told she fell asleep at the table and didn’t eat. I picked her up and as I was putting her in her car seat, she woke up and began to pull CHUNKS OF GROUND BEEF out of her mouth. If she wasn’t sleep on her stomach, she would have choked in her sleep. I also made it very clear during enrollment that she gags on food and eats mostly puréed food as she only had four bottom teeth.

Second red flag was I went back to get my sleeping 3 year old who was put into the toddler class as agreed due to not being fully potty trained. He told me that a teacher popped him on his ****, grabbed his face, put water in his mouth, all because he peed on the floor. When asked where it happened, he said it was in the bathroom. (Cameras in the classroom, none in the restroom). I immediately called the next day as a child is not going to make things up like this. He refused to even go back nor was I going to let him. The director and multiple employees have given me the runaround said they would call back with updates but by the time it made it to corporate, it was one day past the time frame to review footage. They don’t know who was in the classroom, nobody told me, I didn’t know, they gave me the wrong number, etc. it’s been excuse after excuse! It’s been a whole month and after 3 different managers, even the district manager, and we are just now getting unenrolled when it was communicated the very next day. Poorly managed facility! To the teacher who put their hands on my child I hope you never get to work with kids another day in your life and consider yourself lucky that I never found out who you were.

We will NEVER attend a CC AGAIN! Hire a NEW DIRECTOR and not the trash you have working there. It’s a big cover up! I’ve worked in enough centers to know how they cover for each other and are friends. I had to call myself every single time to get any update on the matter. It shouldn’t take a whole month to unenroll a child. Communication shouldn’t have lacked this whole entire time to where it took a whole month to find out anything."

"I love my child's teacher, Michelle. She cares a lot and it shows. I always know my child is safe with her. When my child if in other rooms either before or after Michelle leaves, i am not so certain about his safety. Being in other rooms with older/larger/more mobile children is when my child was bitten. I do not believe this issue was addressed thoroughly enough."

"The Hurst CCY location has some truly wonderful teachers who have worked there a long time, and they are literally the only reason why my son still attends the school. The PreK program is excellent and my son enjoys his time there.There has been a lot of turnover with school management, and this has affected the quality of the kids’ experience — especially the school age program this summer. We continue to be disappointed by the lack of communication to parents around big changes, such as the departure/addition of a teacher, an entire new front office team who just showed up one day, or the addition of another CCY location in the building going forward. It is not uncommon for me to pick up my son and find him in the care of someone I’ve never even seen before bc new teachers aren’t announced."
