"They did a **** poor job of cutting over when they bought the facility from the previous owners. The director doesn't listen, and is seldom available during drop off or pickup. The facility is not as clean as it used to be. High turnover of staff. Staff seem unhappy. Other parents I have talked to are also unhappy. We will finish here bc my son will be in school next year. We will not recommend or return upon having another child."

"Since the transition it has been a complete mess. They are doing remodling but nothing has been communicated to parents. When my kiddo moved from the room 3 to 4's NOTHING was communicated except in passing after I asked about it and was just a maybe this would happen...... The director and assistant director blamed it on the cards not being ready. So you couldn't send an email? I would have loved to get a first day picture but he just moved one day. Ms. Kelly was his 3's teacher and she was amazing. I like Ms. Rene but I think she is overwhelmed."
