"They desperately need more staff. Donna the manager is doing WAY too much for her job title. And the teachers have WAY too many kids to look after on a daily basis. It’s completely unacceptable to watch one teacher look after more than 10 toddlers (even though she’s awesome)... she can’t be everywhere. So it makes me question how high the owners hold the quality safety."
