"This school has too much turnover. The majority of the staff is unhappy working here which reflects on their interactions with the children. They don’t trust their leadership, and their work schedules/hours are always changing. Our little guy has had 7 or more new teachers in a year. He’s sensitive to bug bites and comes home covered with them weekly even though bug medicine had been provided. It really feels like team work and autonomy are missing from the management to the support staff."
