"Avoid this place. Either they are trying to scam you or they do not care enough to respond to your emails. They charged my credit card and gave me a bogus tracking number. I sent numerous emails to them requesting that they fix the problem. I even called them on the phone. I could not get through to anyone and they never replied my emails. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Of course, I never received my order. Do not order from this place!"
"Excellent prices on a bulk batch of slim CD cases, but the packaging was horrible--had to toss away between 10-15% of the order due to broken plastic. Price was good enough that I still came out okay, but a little cushioning material would have been well advised."

I ordered some Accu DVD-R media from cdrdvdrmedia.com on 12/27/02 which they said they shipped on 12/30/02. On January 6th I contacted them for shipping status because the UPS tracking number said that UPS had received electronic shipping information but that the item had not shipped. After spending over 2 hours trying to contact cdrdvdrmedia (they ignored my email of January 3rd) I finally contacted a live person who said that someone would get back to me. Four hours later I called back and was told that they were out of stock. I have no idea why they sent me an email on January 30th saying they had been shipped. I cancelled the order.

"bought ethernet 10 base t hub from the company, which was the wrong product. my error I needed a router not a hub the calbe modem provider steered me wrong. So I called the company, over 15 times, never got through to a person, or an answering machine. Called the local number and left 3 messages. got no response. you have to get an rma before you send it back.the problems is that they sent everything else that I could use but I just needed to return the hub adn buy a router. I would have bought a router from them just because they were so good. so how to rate the company. If you know exactly what you want, they are fine. but if there are even the slightest problems you are on your own."
