"I have ordered from this company with no problems on several occasions, but will not order from them again. A friend in the video business ordered a DVD burner and has not been able to contact the company regarding the transaction and has been getting the run-around. They have not followed up like they said they would and will not answer the phone. I have tried to call them on the number listed on their "Customer Support" website and I always get a recording that will NOT allow me to leave a message. I have tried at several times during the day over several days. It is obvious that they don't want any phone calls. It was also mentioned by someone else in an earlier post and I was able to confirm that Meritline and CDRDVDRMeida are the same company!
If you check you ratings for Meritline you will see that they are worse that for CDRDVDRMEDIA.
It appears that they are getting very sloppy in their business practices and I will no longer be doing business with them. I checked the ratings of supermediastore.com and they're not much better. I also question the value of this site.
I'm wondering if a company can pay for their sites products to come up first, for example, if you do a search for "Ritek DVD-R" all you get is media available only from Meritline. Where are all the other companies that are listed on this site? There are plenty of stores that are listed on this site that sell Ritek DVD-r Media, but you only see prices from Meritline. Sounds funny to me."

"Ordered a 10-pk of DVD+RW media. The price was competitive ($17.40) but shipping was steep ($6.89 for UPS ground). I never received an e-mail confirmation of my order, as had been promised. I e-mailed customer support to confirm the order but they did not respond. I called the number provided on the website, but the number does not go through. The order was received one week later (2/16). Unlikely that I would purchase there again. There are plenty of other places that actually respond to customers. Apparently, this is not one of them."
"I had no problems at all with this site. I ordered a 512mb compactflash card to be shipped via UPS 3 day select. The package was shipped via second day air (at the 3 day select price) and I received everything in fine condition, with an portable 10 cd case that I did not order and for which they did not charge me included. The order was shipped the same day I made the purchase, and the tracking number was up and functional immediately. I would definitely order from this company again, and I would recommend it to others."

"I have placed two orders in the past two months for DVD-D media and have been very satisfied so for. The first shipment arrived as ordered and the packaging was great and the media arrived in perfect shape. I have burned about 70 of the original 100 that I ordered with out one coaster. I can’t remember the brand but it was the cheapest the offered.
The second order has not arrived yet but it is in transit and should arrive 6 business days after my order. My order shipped the day after my order so I am pleased with that.

"Ordered from them on the 9th (i think), recieved *today* (the 11th), was a 50 pack generic (Longten 001's 4x via DVD Info Pro) for $32/FREE shipping. Very happy with that (delivery time), even though I'm only about 30 miles away from them. Was expecting 1x discs, since site doesn't mention either way.
The packing leaves a bit to be desired - site showed a spindle pack (not delivered as such), but came stacked, and wrapped in some plastic to keep them together (in 2x packs of 25), then covered by bubble wrap, in which was packed in a rectangular box, filled with an acceptable, albeit not really generous, amount of foam peanuts. So far, haven't see any obvious scratches in the any of the media, although one did seem to have a small dye run, but I could be seeing things ;).
Burned 4 of them so far (3 from top of one pack, another from random place in same stack). (Burned using Pioneer DVR-106D) ALL 4 have come up w/ successful burns, @ 4x (verified w 15 min time for burning 4.36GB +/-). NO read errors AT ALL on any of the 4 (2x4.36GB, 2.39GB, and 3.93GB) in DVD Info Pro,and linear for the most part in Nero's DVD/CD Speed x-fer rate test...Only very MINOR speed 'dips' on the way, but nothing drastic, nor did it last long, nor occur much.
So all in all, so far Im very pleased w/ the media, and think I possibly got a "3rd batch" (or @ least good "2nd batch" discs of said Longten's which seem to have a much better media quality than previous ones. "
"Horrible process. Never got correct info on tracking and never got the product. Fighting the charge with the credit card company and contacting BBB. And their phone line is to Meritline and SuperMediaStore, so they're a front for other companies."
"I am very disappointed with them. I ordered a bundle pack 50dvd-r (X2speed)and dvd cases. They arrived a week later - no big deal free shipping. They do not work it took 4 dvd's just to burn 1 - so 3-1/2 hours and then at X1 speed. The DVD's are completely blank (record on purple side) just taped together in the box. Many of them were scratched. They don't respond to phone calls. They even have a recording that tells you - that. 1-***-***-**** ext. 142# (Jerry in the return dept.). So I have sent the second return request from their Web site. IF you buy from them you are stuck.... This is no way to do business. These cheap discs are not a bargain if they are useless- now how long will it take to get my $70.00 back? I ordered them April 22 it's now May 9th and I have no RMA number and no response at all. "
"Sent wrong disks. Not the disk I ordered. Disks they sent do not work. Sent 4 e-mails to customer service and none have been answered. Left 3 voice messages when I can get through and none have been returned. Items arrived about a week after I ordered them, but I didn't recieve my tracking number until the day before the items arrived (they had been in shipment for about 5 days, with a weekend included). 25 of the DVD-R had a spindle, the other 25 were just wrapped together. I'm guessing about 5 out of the 50 will be unusable. The price was right, however, and other than the minor glitches, not a bad experience."
"Good company to deal with. Ordered DVD-R media and was promptly sent a UPS tracking number. Media arrived on time and was completly compatable with my new Pioneer DVR-105 DVD burner just like their web site promised. Only negative is DVD-R could have been packaged a little better. Other then that, I would recommend this company for a source for inexpensive DVD/CD media."
