"I have been a customer of CDROM2GO for a long time. I mostly order CD/DVD printable labels and DVD blank disks, however there is one item I would like to purchase that does not seem to exist. That item is your advertised CD/DVD label installation tool. I have tried over 4 times to purchase this item. As a result, I have received several different answers that tried to answer my question, such as"We do not sell that item any more"; "We sell the item, but it is now on back order". I then asked your company employee "How will you be able to sell the 22mm labels without the installation tool." No answer!
