"bought two monitors from CDW in february but ordered the wrong size. contacted CS to return them & was told i had to wait for an RMA from the manufacturer. have been contacting them at least every week for the last two months & still havent got the RMA. No one at CDW can help me & on the rare occasions i actually get a response those guys are downright rude. Will never buy from them again & would recommend no one else buy from them either."
"This company and its employees DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT have the consumers best interest in mind. They changed their return policies and DIDN"T tell the consumer. I ordered 6 products, and they were on back order, they NEVER told me that these items had been change to "Special Custom orders" (with no return or cancelation options) In the middle of my order, they increased the price $120 per item. I literally had an order confirmation at a set price, then they increased the price by 21%, in the middle of my order. Their sales rep called me ZERO times. I had to call in every single time. There was 0 communication on his end. Then when the products shipped, they only sent 4 of them. The other 2 were still on back order, and I couldn't cancel, or return them. This is one of the worst experiances i have had in years. PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from CDW.com "
"Ordered a new cp5225 HP printer from CDW. Printer arrived a ok but noticed that warranty on the printer had already started Jan 23, 2018. I received the printer on March 23. I received no response from "customer support." I would not recommend ordering from this company. You might be lucky enough if there are no problems with delivery or product, however if there are problems you're on your own."
"They had a good deal on a monitor like $35 cheaper than the other places and I never heard of them before so I googled and saw these reviews.. But I really wanted the monitor.. So I called their sales department to order it to make sure there would be no problems like some of the people on here and I never had any issues, monitor arrived just fine. Maybe you have to call their sales department and talk to somebody to double confirm idk. "
"I called about a product before ordering online and I was advised they had the products in stock. I ordered 2 items to work together and when they emailed me about the items being shipped only one was one it. I called CDW and they advised one item was on backorder until April 2018. They also doubled the shipping and tried to charge me more than the invoice they sent me. When I asked them about it they did not give a good response. I advised I wanted to cancel all orders and they said we already shipped one and I asked why since they didn’t have the main one I needed and Again no good response. I will never buy anything else from them again."
"Do not buy from CDW. I ordered a product via cdw.com , the website accepted my order. For 6 days my order didnt ship, so I followed up several times as their sales representatives were unresponsive. Eventually I was told that the item would ship, but they were waiting for payment to process. On day 6 I followed up again, wanting to know if the item had shipped, and then I was told the product is no longer available to they cancelled my order to my surprise. No cancellation email was sent to me, so I didnt know my order was cancelled, logging into their website my order status does not say cancelled either. I proceeded to contact their sales rep to find out more, and they simply hung up on me and told me to order a comparable product. The sales rep that hung up is Mary Jo Rodriguez1 , this person hanging up on me was the last straw and made me write this review, I was pretty unhappy to hear that my order was randomly cancelled and that I was only advised about thsi because I inquired, but the fact that this person decided to just hang up was one of the rudest experiences ive ever had dealing with a company I wanted to spend money with! "
"We have been doing business with this company for over a decade (at time significant amounts) , but it appears as if they are in the early stages of a meltdown. We placed an order for a server, but received no confirmation. Upon following up by phone, we were informed that there was a problem with our card. Upon confirmation with our bank that the card had no problems, we phoned them back the next day to be informed that the machine was back-ordered. Once again, no communications about the issue before we called. This cycle of calling after not hearing from them and being informed of a host of different issues continued for 2 weeks until today when they effectively told us that they would not sell us the machine no matter what.
So long CDW. It's been a good run, but we will never order anything from your company again."
"I've had a similar experience to the other reviews here. I've ordered something that was in stock, and they didn't ship anything for 3 weeks. I've called their support multiple times and WHEN they have decided to answer, I got a different shipping estimate each time. On the third week, they told me the product was "discontinued" - but it definitely wasn't. I've never received it.
CDW has an awful customer support, and they seem like scammers."
"Just got off the sales guy named "Chuck" who was so condescending and full of himself. If you think you are so great that you can talk down to people, why do you have a dead end job picking up calls? Never deal with CDW."
"Placed the order online based on a product that was in stock. When I viewed the order it said the computer would be shipped in 3 weeks. I then contacted customer service and they told me they could ship the same computer for a higher cost but I would have to wait if I wanted the cost I paid for in my order. They actually told me that they had 22 units in stock. I canceled the order. A completely transparent bait and switch. I will never try to order from this site again. Horrible is truly a correct description of this company's business practices. "
"Three days after placing an order I received an email saying my credit card address didn't match the billing address I supplied (but it does). I phoned in and after talking to two different reps I was told "we don't ship to UPS Stores -- that's our policy". Which is ridiculous and again a first for me after having a UPS/MBE box for over 20 years."

"Bad experience, I placed an order two weeks ago where it said availability 2-4 days and I paid for shipping 2-5 days, I called today to see if they have a track of the shipping and was told it has not shipped and I will need to wait another three weeks before it is. I can understand products been sold and run out of stock, what I don't understand its misleading customers into buying something and not communicating it will not ship (it still says availability 2-4 days on the website for the product). I wasted two weeks for something I need to run my business and if I don't call I would had been out of luck for three more weeks. thanks but no."
