"I ordered a canvas and after 16 days it still had not shipped. After numerous emails and phone calls they could not give me any answer on when it would finally ship. My clients posted negative reviews of me due to this and started complaining about it to other clients of mine. Additionally I had to order from another company and pay an outrageous price to rush print and overnight it so my phone would stop blowing up from the client."

"For the price, the product quality is really excellent. The colour and detail of the canvas are outstanding. With two mounting options already mounted, the back has a matt covering. The cost is remarkably fair."

Cons:
Usually their printing is well done, especially in black and white. But if you have a problem with a color print good luck getting it replaced they will try and tell you it’s your settings even when your monitor is set to their specs, also had same print done at three different labs, they were all perfect, these guys wanted to argue it was in my end. Granted it doesn’t happen often but when it does, it is not a pleasant experience to deal with.
My biggest complaint is their extremely high shipping, compared to all other canvas sellers they are about triple.. unreasonably high.. buy a $25 canvas and it will cost you almost $20 to ship it, kills resale, making it impossible to compete.. add slow processing on top of that... in short shop around, you can do better for less.

"I received a canvas print with black smudging all over it. Representative told me they would refund me. I never received my refund and had to open a claim with my credit card, who thankfully covered me. They neer replied to me after falsely claiming they were issuing a refund. Poor customer service. "
"I ordered prints from CG - both metal and brushed aluminum. The metal prints were simply amazing! But the brushed aluminum simply were not what I was expecting. I'd never seen a brushed aluminum before and I was expecting sharp images that popped - but that's simply not what brushed aluminum delivered with these particular prints. I mentioned this to the staff and they were amazing with their service. They helped me out getting what I really wanted (the beauty of those metal prints!) even though the order was really my error. All with ease, and no hassle at all. I've since ordered more metal prints as well as acrylic and both these products are beautiful. Simply amazing service - and these prints are perfect. I can't say enough good about this team."
