"Ordered a lamp in November. Said it would be with me by 10th December. Still waiting... tried e-mailing numerous times and had no reply. Tracking says parcel hasn't even left China. Which I had no idea website was. Or I wouldn't of ordered it. Read lots of other reviews online since ordering. Pretty sure it's a scam and I've just been ripped off. Don't order from this site ever !!!!"
"Placed an order and after a couple of weeks emailed them. Was told it was out of stock and would be a few more weeks. Nothing. Emailed every customer service email they had with no response. Emailed Jay who had given me the order update. Nothing. Had to file as case with PayPal and they did not respond to them. If you need something, this is not the place to order it from. Terrible business."
"Their website took my order. I liked the "20% everything" sale, and the prices. I thought I was finding a good wholesale source of affordable emergency gear. instead, the website is a scam. They will take your order, but there is no business behind the website. Nothing ever ships. There is no product. Find another source for your needs. I have been trying daily to contact them through email, phone, and the web-form. No response. This company is completely dead, and I now need to process fraudulent charge claims as well as re-order my items from other sources."
"I placed an order for 5 items. Every time I went to track the order it showed as being prepared for shipment - a month later, the same thing... no package... I contacted this unethical vendor... THREE TIMES.. no response. I finally had to go to PayPal to dispute the payment... THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL... they refunded my money as THEY WERE ALSO UNABLE TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THIS SELLER!

I have been receiving email from their Marketing Department without issue, though. Called their Customer "Service" number and spoke with someone who could not (or would not) assist me."
"Searching for emergency road flares. Found exactly what I needed at Chief...I need 3, website tells me 3 are in stock, I order, and everything looks great. I receive email saying my order was received and if it said on the website that items were in stock items would ship in one business day. Since I ordered on Wednesday, I expected my items to ship on Thursday...Friday at the latest. On Thursday I saw the charge hit my bank account but I did not receive shipping information, so on Friday morning I called customer service to check on shipping. I get Jay on the phone and I politely gave Jay my order number and he told me my items were on back order and would not be available for 2-3 weeks. I told him that when I purchased my items on Wednesday the site told me my items were in stock. He just flat out told me that the website was wrong! SAY WHAT?? I based my purchase on the fact that what I was shopping for was available at the right price and would be delivered to me at the right time! Now you’re telling me 2-3 weeks?? HORRIBLE service. Totally Misleading information on website, plus no remorse for the inconvenience caused, now I’m stuck waiting for an item that I have been charged for. Might be best to call Jay first to see if your items are actually available."
"Order a product on 11/25 and upon checkout find out is backordered 2 weeks. No worries. Wait over two weeks and hear nothing about shipping or packages confirmation. Send an email to company and get a response saying oh sorry we don’t get this product from the manufacturer anymore, we will refund your purchase. I mean....if I didn’t email, were you ever going to even let me know. Pretty poor business practice. Didn’t offer an alternate item or a discount code for wasting my time on a product that was never going to come."
"Really poor sgipping times. Ordered shirt 2 weeks ago, still not received and now FedEx shipment arrival date was just jumped up another 5 days! It will be 3 weeks past order date if I receive it next week at all. Not happy!"
"This has been a horrible experience. Their customer service is terrible. Thye do not respond to e-mails, they do not call back when a message is left and when you do get a person they talk over you and belittle you. They take forever to ship and make you pay to return items (Paid $28.00 to return pants) THEN...because they had a "glitch" on their end with a promo code, they decided NOT to send the correct size back out. Just didnt honor the code at that point and told me to re-place the order and get what I get off...thats all. Then they lied and stated they sent a refund which they did not nad I had to beg for by threatening to call the BBB! BEWARE.....my husband can get his Fire Department pants elsewhere, this company has nothing but bad reviews. I own a company and would NEVER treat my customers in this manner. Shame on them!!"

"I ordered a shirt from Chief Supply and they had not shipped it for several weeks. I contacted both of their customer service emails twice each. I called and never got an answer. I messaged them on Instagram. Not a word. Finally I sent one last email giving them a deadline and threatening to put a hold on the credit card payment. That finally made their customer service reply only to tell me the shirt I ordered was out of stock and asked what I wanted to do. They told me they had several other colors available. I just wanted a refund at that point. There is no way I'd let them keep that money after that experience. I sent them both their BBB reviews and the reviews from this site but they do not care.
This company is a firm disappointment when it comes to customer service. I do not recommend ordering from them."
"I placed an order on a Friday morning (May 2018) for a wildland fire backpack and paid $70 extra for overnight shipping as I was purchasing it for a deployment the following week. By Tuesday I had yet to receive the product and decided to send the company an email...no response. By Friday, (1 week after ordering w/ overnight shipping fees), my product still hasn’t been shipped so I called and they informed me then that my product was on backorder until the beginning of June. Fast forward to the beginning of June, I call for an update and they now say the product is on backorder until the end of June. I cancelled the order and bought the same product from a different company and received it 2 days later. I was charged by CHIEF Supply for the product as soon as I purchased online and still waiting to be reimbursed. I’ve made 3 phone calls and left 3 voicemails this week with no call back. Time to dispute the charge with the bank since Chief Supply won’t help. "
"I ordered an item that was on back order with an expected stock in 10-15 days. No problem. I then decided I wanted a different item, so I contacted Chief Supply to cancel my order. No response. Two phone calls to customer service resulted in no answer. I left a voicemail and no one called back. I sent 2 emails and have had no response. This has been going for 3 days now. AND, my card has been charged for an item that is on back order. Don’t companies usually charge you once the item ships? They promote free shipping on $99 or more, but o found that you are still charged $6.99 with $128 of items in your cart. I should have noticed he red flags and more importantly, should have read the reviews. I am having to go through my bank now because they just won’t respond to a cancellation request. Very shady company and you can even see reviews where departments even have issues with them. I will never even look at their site again. Dismissed!"
"This is one of the worst experiences I've ever experienced purchasing online. This company emailed me stating that there was a back order for my Streamlight flashlight upgrade. When I asked a question about it in response to their email they ghosted me for months. Finally they contacted me back stating that it was backordered again and then ghosted me again. Finally I got a response from them stating that the product was shipped as if it was sent to my home or office. When I looked at the tracking number and called it in I found that it was shipped to the North Carolina office which is them . At this point it's been over 6 months since I purchased this product. I don't know why would they tell me it was shipped to my home is it wasn't. Finally I told them to give me my money back . They sent me a refund receipt that didn't even exist and wasn't even real. They will not surrender their tax ID federal ID or contact me with a manager or owner to get this issue resolved. This company is a scam! Anyone who purchases anything from this company will likely not get what they purchased and not get their money back. They advertise that they work with law enforcement as a cover to look as if they're legit. But with my experience and from what I can see on the internet other people's experience they are slimy greedy thieves. I hope this review helps you decide not to purchase anything from this company and get ripped off."
