"You buy a game to be activated by VPN. You use a VPN it turns out the game isn't available in that particular country. You get on to customer service to tell them of this. All you get back is the fact that the game you've bought needs to be activated via VPN. Several emails of trying to tell them I've used a VPN for the game but the game isn't available even supplied screen shots it isn't available in the said country. Then you get told to use a specific VPN which is going to cost more money! I've already got a VPN that I've paid for I don't need another. I've bought several games where I've activated them VIA a VPN. I'm going round in circles and getting emails back as though your thick and don't know what you're doing. Shocking service so far! "
