"PreOrdered royals pop on Dec 17 ‘17 releasing mid February. Never got them and never got a call. After finding time to call got a hold of Tonya. Tonya was very unapologetic and said that it’s due to the manufacture not sending the full order... i then stated “if your aware of an issue shouldn’t you let your customers be aware?”
She then stated again it’s due to the manufacture if you would like I can cancel your order?”
Fast forward 2 weeks i still nothing and no calls?? I called and got tonya again and she said I can cancel your order???? I said no I want what I ordered when am I gonna get it. She said in a few weeks. I then said is a few weeks 2-3 weeks or 6 months what’s a few weeks??? She said I’m not sure but I can cancel your order if you don’t want to wait? I said no I want my order I just want to know when I’m getting it. Can you call me and keep me posted she said she would call me in a week....
Fast forward one week no call nothing. I called and got good ole tonya and she sounded like for a while she completely forgot our conversation. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said she was the supervisor....and I questioned that????
Basically look somewhere else for what your wanting because with this company they just want your money and I might have missed out on obtaining the items I originally ordered as what I was wanting was a preorder and I see they are sold out now. Clarktoys you **** if you keep tonya employed! "
"I am an avid collector and purchase 99% of my items thru Clark Toys. Every so often, there may be a wrong item sent or something arrives a little damaged....and let me say this, I deal with Marty in customer service and he's awesome! Not only did he respond back to my email within minutes, I also had a replacement sent to me within 2 days. On top of the mix up, I was also told that I could donate the wrong item to a charity of my choice. Customer service does not get any better than this.....Clark Toys is by far the best company to deal with!"
