"My wife asked Carl 30 years ago at Christmas for his “best grill”. He delivered and helped hide my Falcon V unit. Carl , a licensed gas fitter, drilled my orifices - clever word play- to convert to natural gas. Over the years, I have replaced the parts that wear out from, heat, moisture from being outdoors, racks etc. Today, I got parts for this now antique. My wife now thinks I should get an egg, but I am sticking with a winner.

CLA's product pages provide dimensions of replacement parts and model numbers of products they fit, so ordering the correct part was a piece of cake. "Please keep searching to find another BBQ parts supplier. Like many of the reviews I am really disappointed with Cla Grills and Services. I have ordered from them in the past. There is no number to speak to anyone and so I did my best to navigate their site to find the right part. The one listed for my grill was not the same shape. They advertise free shipping, it cost you a fortune to return it since they keep the original shipping fee like a restocking fee. The mailing fee is built into the price of the item because they are higher than other vendors. They don't care about customer service, they just want your money! The line is We are a small business. Yes a small business you should avoid."

"I ordered some grids for my barbecue. I inputted the grill make and model. When I got the order they were short of covering the surface by about 2 inches. I contacted the company and I was told that I chose the grid that wasn’t made for my barbecue and I’m welcome to return it for a refund minus shipping my way and shipping back. It set me back about $ 55 out of $115 but I’ll make sure that every chance I get I’ll mention to everyone looking to revive their bbq , to STAY AWAY From CLA Grills "
"I read some negative reviews. I want to say that after contacting the company about them I was assured that I would be satisfied. Well I AM VERY SATISFIED with the way my shipment was handled. The company told they would be here on a certain date and they were. If anyone has a problem with this company you should email them about it and they will respond back to you with what is going on.

"I have a very old STS Barbeques Galore grill and one of the gas valve failed. I quickly found out that this particular valve was no longer available. However after searching for a possible replacement I found a similar valve at CLS Grills and Service. Unfortunately the valve orifice was designed for LPG instead of natural gas as my grill is designed. Fortunately CLS Grills has a representative that is highly knowledgeable and he provided me guidance to modify the orifice for natural gas. The net result was I was able to rescue my grill for about $38.00 instead of having to replace it for $1,149.00. Incredible service. "
"I have ordered from CLA Grills and Service many times over the past decade. Their website is helpful in locating the right parts for a grill I bought long ago (Great Outdoors Blackstone Model 1000). The parts came quickly, and with useful guidance on installing them. I have nothing but praise for this company. (Earliest order I could find was from August 8, 2008). "Heat Plates were listed as "Heavy Duty" but were only .05" thick (OEM were .13 thick).
Heat Pates were 10 1/6" not the 10 9/16" as described leaving a 1" gap when installed. I also had to beat them with a mallet on a flat surface before installing as they were not flat.
Burner Bracket mounting holes were a through hole (not threaded like the OEM) and required additional hardware (not included).
Overall - disappointed with $260.00 worth of grill parts.

"I placed an online order for 4 in-stock items. I received three of the items and it was noted on the pack list that one item was back ordered. I sent an e-mail inquiring about the expected ship date and received an automated response that someone would reach out to me soon. I have yet to get a response in a week and a half and I have sent two additional follow-up e-mails. I have tried multiple times to reach them by phone but they don't pick up and their voice mail states the best way to reach them is by e-mail.
I would stay away from them and wish I had done the same...

"The dimensions they list on parts are not what you get. If it says the part fits your grill-don't count on it. If you want to know if a part is actually made of stainless steel like the listing says, all they can tell you is it 's listed as stainless steel. When I complained that the part I was bought was listed as 9 3/8" wide but was actually only 9 1/8" wide the guy told me the difference is only 1/16". Public school, I guess. Do not do business with this company. I regret ever having heard of them."

"My old Amana Grill was in great condition except for it's cast iron grids. Been looking for several months then I came across CLA Grills and Services found the size I needed ordered and the grids arrived at my door 8 days later. Great Service and product fix prefect."
"I needed to replace the cooking grates on my Broilmaster gas grill. I spoke directly to the manufacture and received the wrong size grates, TWICE. The one set of grates had the correct part number but the grates were not the correct size. After numerous calls to different part suppliers, including where I originally purchased the grill, and having no success finding the right size grates, I came across CLA Grills. The people in the service department could not have been nicer or more helpful. After a couple of phone calls and numerous emails with Liz and Rick, I now have new grates for my grill that fit. They took the time to search their inventory for grates the were the correct size. Once I had determined which grates I wanted, they took the time to remove them from the box and measure the grates to verify they were the right size. It is rare to find a service department the understands what good service means. I highly recommend using CLA Grills if you need parts for your grill."
