They called your company and you had several of the machine I like. I called and spoke to a young woman named Laurel or Lauren. She was supportive, competent and professional. Within an hour I received all of the paperwork and I got the machine in 4 days. Texas tro Chiang Mai, Thailand in 4 days! I wrote to y9our company and to your local BBB office immediately. But the real toppere was that the Hurricane Harvey hit your town only hours later. Putting your customers first at a time when your own lives were in jeopardy is heroic.
